We are the Culbertsons, Susanna and Jason. We are entrepreneurs and have built our lives around building our business and our family. We have 7 amazing children whom we raise with love and Christian values. We homeschool our kids, teaching them not only what they would learn in school, but the law of attraction, and instilling an entrepreneurial spirit.

 We pride ourselves in helping new businesses get started and find success. Our motto is failure just isn’t an option. We love to meet other like minded entrepreneurs for networking .

 Susanna and I both had difficult childhoods filled with health issues and poverty. Where some may have been beaten down we chose to believe we could rise above and made it our mission to do just that.  Our worlds collided and an unbeatable team was created. We complement one another, her strengths are my weaknesses and things she’s not great at are where I shine.  We believe in the Law of Attraction, and know we are deliberately creating our lives together every day.

 It all started with a little Frozen Enchilada business. Who would have known? We started cooking enchiladas in our kitchen; before we knew it we had orders piling up and were barely able to keep up. We moved to a larger commercial kitchen and found our orders grew to over 300 dozen a week in the first four months.

 That’s when we really got bit by the entrepreneurial bug. We weren’t really sure where to take this quickly growing business and decided to sell the winning recipe to a local restaurant. Our enchiladas were featured as the Monday night special for the next two years.

 From that point on I knew I wanted to work for myself. I decided to become a Realtor. That was the easy part, becoming a Realtor. It was the marketing and everything else that comes with owning your own business that was difficult.

 I began taking classes, and learning everything I could about marketing and creating a successful business. Within a year the business began to take off, and I decided to add some skills to my repertoire.  I became a loan officer, and The Culbertson Team Real Estate Solutions was created.  I could see why so many Realtors and small businesses failed in the first 5 years. There is a huge learning curve.

I wanted to help other small businesses succeed. I wanted to make others see that failure is not an option, they really can succeed in business.

 In real estate you have to have great pictures of your properties so people can really get a feel for them. The cost for getting these pictures done can be outrageous so I started taking them myself, and then I started photographing other realtor’s properties for them.

 It was about this time Susanna began to help with business, with her special talents in the mix we were unstoppable.

It was then it really hit us. We wanted to be the one stop shop for small business. If you need help with clerical tasks, are having computer problems, need a virtual assistant, need help with taxes or QuickBooks, we can do all this and so much more.

 We kept learning and growing and adding on to our business.  We added services, and products. We have really created a business that can help just about any small business succeed in any area. We are so proud of what we created, but it was difficult to market such a wide variety of products and services.

 When you can’t get the word out, you can’t help as many people. We really wanted to be able to help as many small business owners succeed as we possibly could and having all these “doing business as” just wasn’t working.

 In 2007, we were guided to a brilliant idea. We decided to create an LLC, where we could encompass everything we were doing, and market one company with a wide variety of services.  The Culbertson Organization LLC was born.

 It’s a busy life, with 7 little ones running around, running an LLC, and providing such a wide variety of services for struggling small businesses, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

 This is exactly the life we dreamed of when we first found one another. We are living our dream, and helping others do the same, and for us, that’s what life is all about.
